Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,958 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM242, TRIM16, and RAB11FIP1P1. Each is linked with ADGRD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM242 grouped by ADGRD2-low versus ADGRD2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
