The most reproducible ADGRD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ADGRD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRD2 results are reported.
