ADGRD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZPBP2, PPIAL4F, and EIF3E. Each is linked with ADGRD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZPBP2 grouped by ADGRD2-low versus ADGRD2-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
