Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,901 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, PRKG1, and RSU1. Each is linked with ADGRD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRD1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRD1 versus FERMT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
