ADGRD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,301 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP3B, CENPM, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with ADGRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRD1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRD1 versus TOP3B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
