ADGRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-4, OR10K2, and OR10T2. Each is linked with ADGRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRD1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-4 grouped by ADGRD1-low versus ADGRD1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
