Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRB3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADGRB3 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ADGRB3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRB3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

MESO, LUSC, and SARC are the cancer types where ADGRB3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
