Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRA2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADGRA2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ADGRA2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LUSC show a favorable association.

KIRP, OV, and STAD are the cancer types where ADGRA2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
