Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRA2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADGRA2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ADGRA2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, PDAC, and GBM are the cancer types where ADGRA2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
