ADGRA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,187 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABLIM1_S426, CRIP2, and CHGB_S367. Each is linked with ADGRA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
