ADGRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ADGRA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
