ADGB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,974 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK10, TTLL9, and ZBBX. Each is linked with ADGB in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGB-to-partner and partner-to-ADGB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGB versus NEK10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
