ADGB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,548 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBR1, CCDC103, and DDX23. Each is linked with ADGB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGB-to-partner and partner-to-ADGB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGB versus DBR1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of -0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
