ADD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADD3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,466 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF462, PLXNA1, and TRAPPC9. Each is linked with ADD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADD3-to-partner and partner-to-ADD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF462 grouped by ADD3-low versus ADD3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
