Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADD3-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADD3-AS1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ADD3-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADD3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where ADD3-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
