ADD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,885 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADD2_S592, ADD2_S697, and TJP3_S112. Each is linked with ADD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADD2 versus ADD2_S592 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
