ADD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p90 RSK, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with ADD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by ADD2-low versus ADD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
