Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,558 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of RNA localization, Regulation of protein localization to Cajal body, and Positive regulation of protein localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with ADD2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADD2 results are reported.
