Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCYAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,294 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCYAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ADCYAP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCYAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCYAP1 results are reported.
