Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCYAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCYAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, SCGB1C1, and SEMG1. Each is linked with ADCYAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCYAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCYAP1 results are reported.
