Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCY9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,358 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Cytosolic transport, and Response to fluid shear stress. Each is linked with ADCY9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY9-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY9 results are reported.
