Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADCY6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADCY6 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ADCY6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADCY6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ADCY6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
