Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADCY2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADCY2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ADCY2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADCY2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
SCLC, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where ADCY2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
