ADCY2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,274 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTBN4, ACIN1_S410, and ACIN1_S657. Each is linked with ADCY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY2-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCY2 versus SPTBN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
