ADCY2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ATM, and AMPK_alpha. Each is linked with ADCY2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY2-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ADCY2-low versus ADCY2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
