ADCY10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,068 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, CDC25A, and PPIH. Each is linked with ADCY10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY10-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by ADCY10-low versus ADCY10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
