Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCY10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 992 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELT, MKX, and CENPM. Each is linked with ADCY10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY10-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY10 results are reported.
