ADCY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,555 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EEF1A2, ERP29, and MYEF2. Each is linked with ADCY1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCY1 versus EEF1A2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
