ADCY1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 971 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, ZMAT5, and PVALB. Each is linked with ADCY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCY1 versus MCM5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
