Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADCK2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADCK2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ADCK2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADCK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where ADCK2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
