Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,248 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, CUL1, and EIF4H. Each is linked with ADCK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCK2-to-partner and partner-to-ADCK2 results are reported.
