Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB28P2, MIR6839, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with ADCK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCK2-to-partner and partner-to-ADCK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB28P2 grouped by ADCK2-low versus ADCK2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
