ADAT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,295 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL17, MRPL46, and MRPL49. Each is linked with ADAT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAT3-to-partner and partner-to-ADAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
