ADAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT71, PCARE, and HTR3D. Each is linked with ADAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAT3-to-partner and partner-to-ADAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
