Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAT1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ADAT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
CESC, THCA, and OV are the cancer types where ADAT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
