ADAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,547 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB5B, TANGO6, and GINS2. Each is linked with ADAT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAT1 versus CYB5B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
