Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,982 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transport, Protein polyubiquitination, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with ADAT1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAT1 results are reported.
