ADAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,994 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC3, SLC25A4, and SKA1. Each is linked with ADAR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAR-to-partner and partner-to-ADAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC3 grouped by ADAR-low versus ADAR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
