ADAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 311 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf40, SFT2D3, and HES3. Each is linked with ADAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAR-to-partner and partner-to-ADAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf40 grouped by ADAR-low versus ADAR-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
