Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF1R, LINC01146, and CYTH4. Each is linked with ADAP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
