Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAMTSL5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAMTSL5 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ADAMTSL5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAMTSL5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, STAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where ADAMTSL5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
