The most reproducible ADAMTSL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, ADH1B, and CEROX1. Each is linked with ADAMTSL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTSL5-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTSL5 results are reported.
