Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTSL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAMTSL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP261, RNU6-1301P, and CPSF7. Each is linked with ADAMTSL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTSL5-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTSL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTSL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTSL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
