Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAMTSL4-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADAMTSL4-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ADAMTSL4-AS2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAMTSL4-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and UVM are the cancer types where ADAMTSL4-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
