ADAMTSL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTSL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,828 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCA, INMT, and IGFBP7. Each is linked with ADAMTSL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTSL3-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTSL3 versus SGCA in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
