ADAMTSL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTSL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 409 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPO2, RNF133, and PRAMEF20. Each is linked with ADAMTSL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTSL3-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPO2 grouped by ADAMTSL3-low versus ADAMTSL3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
