ADAMTSL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTSL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,894 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTSL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12A, PRKG1, and CNN3. Each is linked with ADAMTSL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTSL2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
