ADAMTSL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTSL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,183 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC32, PPFIA2, and CACNA1C. Each is linked with ADAMTSL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTSL2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
