ADAMTSL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,079 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTA2, PTGIS, and HEYL. Each is linked with ADAMTSL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTSL1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTSL1 versus ACTA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
