ADAMTS7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,842 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESM1, ANTXR1, and COL12A1. Each is linked with ADAMTS7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS7-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS7 versus ESM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
